Step 2: Post your pickup
Open Post a Pickup and fill in:
- Service type — wash & fold, dry cleaning, etc.
- Bag count — roughly how many bags.
- Pickup address — where the driver collects.
- Pickup window — when works for you (same-day windows available).
- Your offer price — what you’ll pay. This is the marketplace part: you name a fair price and drivers accept.
- Notes — gate codes, safe spots, detergent preferences, anything the driver should know.
Step 3: Add your card
Enter your card details once — they’re saved securely via Stripe. You’re not charged yet. The charge happens only when the driver picks up your laundry.
Step 4: A driver accepts
Local drivers see your posting and accept it. LaundryCareer is now launching in San Antonio — new pickups are posted daily and accept times vary by neighborhood and order size. You’ll see the driver’s name as soon as they accept.
Step 5: Track it to your door
Follow your order timeline in My Orders: accepted → picked up → at the laundry → out for delivery → returned. Your clean, folded laundry comes back to your door.
