1. What LaundryCareer is
LaundryCareer provides software for independent home laundry professionals (“Pros”): a branded booking page, order management, customer payments, and business growth tools. LaundryCareer is a software platform, not a laundry service provider. Pros are independent businesses — not employees, agents, or franchisees of LaundryCareer.
2. Pro subscription
Access to the Pro platform costs $29.99 per month. The first charge happens immediately when you sign up — there is no free trial. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Pro Billing page; you keep full access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
3. Your earnings
You keep 100% of every order you fulfill. LaundryCareer charges 0% commission on orders. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which deducts its standard card-processing fee from each transaction before funds reach you. Tips, if offered by customers, are yours in full (minus Stripe’s processing fee).
4. Your responsibilities as a Pro
You are responsible for: the quality and timeliness of your laundry service; complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws; any licenses, permits, or insurance your business needs; accurately representing your business (name, service area, pricing, turnaround); and handling your own tax obligations. LaundryCareer does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
5. Customer bookings, payments & refunds
Customers book through your branded booking page. You set your services and prices (subject to any platform minimums). Payment is collected at booking through Stripe. Your refund policy is your own — communicate it clearly on your booking page and honor it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; misrepresent your identity or business; upload malicious content; interfere with the platform’s operation; or resell platform access except through your own booking page as intended.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or create safety risks. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described above.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaundryCareer’s liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits from your laundry business.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be communicated to active Pros. Questions? Use the contact form on our homepage.
