How LaundryCareer works
LaundryCareer equips independent home laundry Pros with their own branded booking page. When you book, you are hiring that Pro’s business directly — they handle your laundry, and they keep 100% of what you pay (minus standard card-processing fees).
Pro standards
Pros on LaundryCareer commit to: accurately representing their business and turnaround times; handling garments with care in a clean, smoke-aware home environment; communicating promptly about delays; and honoring the refund policy stated on their booking page.
Items we don’t accept
For everyone’s safety, Pros may decline: hazardous materials, biohazard-soiled items, and anything illegal. If you are unsure about an item, ask your Pro before booking.
Payment safety
Always book and pay through the Pro’s LaundryCareer booking page — never wire money or pay off-platform. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Damage, loss & disputes
Start with your Pro — most issues are resolved with a conversation and their stated refund policy. If you cannot reach a resolution, contact us through the homepage contact form with your order details and we will help mediate.
Reviews
After a completed order, both customers and Pros can leave a review. Reviews keep the community honest — please keep them truthful and specific.
