Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register as a Pro or book as a customer.
Business profile: business name, logo, service area, services, pricing, and schedule that Pros publish on their booking pages.
Orders & bookings: pickup/delivery addresses, order details, and status updates needed to fulfill laundry orders.
Payments: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: first-party, privacy-friendly pageview counts (no third-party ad trackers). IP addresses are never stored — visitors are counted with salted hashes.
How we use it
To operate the platform: run your booking page, attribute orders to the right Pro, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share it
With Stripe to process payments; with the Pro fulfilling your order (customers share booking details with their chosen Pro); and when required by law. Free public APIs used for address verification and routing receive only the address being checked.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions and security, plus our own first-party analytics. No advertising cookies.
Data retention & security
We keep account and order records as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal compliance. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact form on our homepage. Deleting your account also cancels your Pro subscription under our Terms of Service.
