How much does LaundryCareer cost?
$29.99 per month, charged when you sign up. That is the whole price — no commission, no per-order fees, no tiers.
Do I really keep 100% of every order?
Yes. LaundryCareer takes 0% commission. The only deduction is Stripe’s standard card-processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per charge), which goes to Stripe, not to us.
Is there a free trial?
No. Your $29.99 subscription starts the day you sign up, and your booking page goes live right away.
How and when do I get paid?
Order payments are processed through Stripe and paid out to your linked bank account via Stripe Connect. You connect your bank once during setup.
Where does LaundryCareer operate?
San Antonio, Texas. You choose which San Antonio ZIP codes you serve when you set up your pro page.
Who are my customers?
Yours. Customers book through your branded page, and every customer who books through your link stays your customer for future pickups.
What do I need to get started?
A washer and dryer (or access to a laundromat), a vehicle for pickups and deliveries, and a phone. No special license is required to start in most cases — check local rules for your situation.
Can I set my own prices?
Completely. You build your own service menu with per-pound or per-item prices, and you can change them anytime. There is a $15 minimum per order.
What if I need a break?
Turn on vacation mode to pause new bookings, or set a daily pickup cap so you never take on more than you can handle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, from your billing page. You keep your page live until the end of the month you paid for.
I’m a customer — how do I book?
Open your pro’s booking link, choose services and a pickup time, and pay by card. Your pro handles pickup, washing, folding, and return.
